C6-002 Status

C6-002 samples 50 independent WASM modifier dispatches in Chromium and checks p95/max latency against the bounded 100/250 ms budget. The same run verifies replay stale revisions, malformed payloads, and an external resource path that does not match the active library context; all rejection paths preserve Main.

Evidence is under tests/golden/corrective/C6-002/; legacy queue mutation remains forbidden.
