+The deterministic corrective classification covers all 273 staged legacy M16
+records. It reports 20 `FEATURE_PARITY`, 10 `METADATA_ONLY`, 219
+`NEGATIVE_BOUNDARY`, and 24 `BLOCKED` records. `FEATURE_PARITY` is fail-closed:
+every such record has L2/L3 evidence, desktop positive evidence, explicit
+WASM/Main mutation, `saveReopen=EXACT`, and non-empty source hashes.
+
+The second generation is byte-identical for the classification, cluster summary,
+and report. Feature, count, evidence-reference, mapping, negative-boundary,
+context, governance, plan, index, and diff gates all exited 0. The handoff binds
+`inputDigest=f6779e07fcd65528e9b998b1a627b8d064ebf09b4bccde95c39530d2cf261169`
+and preserves `queueMutation=false`; protected legacy source hashes match the
+C0-001 checkpoint.
