records. It reports 20 FEATURE_PARITY, 10 METADATA_ONLY, 219
NEGATIVE_BOUNDARY, and 24 BLOCKED records. FEATURE_PARITY is fail-closed:
every such record has L2/L3 evidence, desktop positive evidence, explicit
WASM/Main mutation, saveReopen=EXACT, and non-empty source hashes.
The second generation is byte-identical for the classification, cluster summary,
and report. Feature, count, evidence-reference, mapping, negative-boundary,
context, governance, plan, index, and diff gates all exited 0. The handoff binds
inputDigest=f6779e07fcd65528e9b998b1a627b8d064ebf09b4bccde95c39530d2cf261169
and preserves queueMutation=false; protected legacy source hashes match the
C0-001 checkpoint.
