LinuxCNC Submodule Local Changes

The root repository pins the linuxcnc submodule at 239dcf4284762ad7e9c65d390bc5524d855c2f8e.

Local source-oracle and simulation configuration changes that cannot be represented by the unchanged submodule pointer are archived in patches/linuxcnc-working-tree.patch.

From the repository root, restore them to a clean submodule checkout with:

git submodule update --init linuxcnc
git -C linuxcnc apply ../patches/linuxcnc-working-tree.patch

The patch includes tracked modifications and the untracked configuration files present when the root project was saved.
