<h1>PROBING</h1>
|
|
<p>Probe routines run without blocking the main GUI. This gives the operator the opportunity to watch the DROs and stop the routine at any time.</p>
|
|
|
|

<p>Probing is very unforgiving of mistakes - be sure to check settings before using.</p>
|

|
<p>There are 2 probe interfaces available - VersaProbe and BasicProbe.
|
|
Which one to use is specified in the [PROBE] section of the ini file.
|
|
The only keywords accepted are “versaprobe” and “basicprobe” (no quote marks).
|
|
If the [PROBE] section is missing or blank, the GUI will start with no probing page.</p>
|
