<p>When you submit the intake form, we collect: your name, email, LinkedIn URL, field, location, target visa or goal, timeline, existing evidence indicators, budget range, service interest, and any additional context you provide. Optionally, you may upload a CV or resume.</p>

<p>When you browse the site, we collect standard analytics (page views, referrers, device type) via privacy-respecting tools. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.</p>

<h2>Who sees your information</h2>

|
<p>Your intake details are visible to Paprika team members involved in your engagement. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing.</p>

<p>For coordinated services, we may share necessary details with editors, panel organizers, or referred attorneys — only with your authorization, and only the specific details required to coordinate the service.</p>
|

|
|
<h2>Confidentiality of materials</h2>
|
|
<p>Profile materials, CVs, and engagement details are treated as confidential. We do not publish, share, or repurpose client materials without explicit written consent.</p>
|
|
|
|
<h2>Data retention</h2>
|
|
<p>Active client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period after completion to support follow-up, references, and our own quality records. Prospect submissions that do not become engagements are retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.</p>

<h2>Your rights</h2>
|
|
<p>You may request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request deletion at any time by emailing the contact listed on the Start Here page. We honor reasonable requests promptly.</p>

<h2>Cookies</h2>

<p>We use a minimal set of cookies for site functionality and aggregate analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking or advertising cookies.</p>
