The native desktop dispatcher preserves workflow failure statuses instead of replacing them with exposed. Std_SetMaterial apply assigns the requested native Material UUID to selected PropertyMaterial properties in a document transaction, recomputes, and aborts on failure. Cancel returns before mutation. The Web response adapter rejects non-object results.

Remaining boundaries:
- Std_SetAppearance and Materials_InspectAppearance need the actual selected object's ViewProvider and display/per-face overrides. The current GUI-free kernel now reports this boundary instead of treating material-definition properties as display properties.
- Materials_MigrateToExternal requires BUILD_MATERIAL_EXTERNAL and a configured external manager. Disabled builds retain the native restriction.
- Material_Edit currently exports FCMat or updates selected PropertyMaterial values; persistent library editing and a complete mounted editor still need integration.
- Materials_InspectMaterial and Std_SetMaterial require selected objects to exist in the receiving worker with the requested PropertyMaterial. Cross-worker document ownership and mounted task controls remain unresolved.
- Explicit native registration for all six selected IDs remains unresolved. Do not add success markers for the restricted or incomplete workflows.
The batch remains incomplete. The outer pipeline owns incremental build, sync, and route receipts; users validate behavior during use.
