# Selected TechDraw view commands
Batch: bc2a70fd55b2a15fd35bc1c5
The existing dispatcher calls the TechDraw adapter. The adapter now validates
current-document source handles for ActiveView, ArchView, BrokenView and DraftView,
requires a nonempty DraftView selection, and preserves nested BrokenView selections.
Cancellation bypasses source validation. The mounted workbench shell displays the
native status for these commands instead of defaulting to a completion message.
Remaining implementation boundaries:
- ActiveView still returns `native_gui_required` from the native handler. Actual
active viewport capture and insertion on the native page remain required.
- ArchView still returns `native_gui_required`. Desktop source creates a
DrawViewArch from a BIM section plane, attaches it to the page and inherits page
scale. The native section-plane conversion and that creation workflow remain
required; a generic selected object is not proof of a valid section plane.
- BrokenView and DraftView retain their existing native implementations. Their
geometry, recompute, persistence and rendered results require outer-pipeline
acceptance; this change does not establish completion for either command.
No native behavior was replaced with fixed geometry or completion markers.
Build, artifact sync and business acceptance are owned by the outer pipeline and
were not run in this edit batch.
