# Start SVG runtime dependency repair
Batch: `9ce5ef3b1134510c925b1f57`
Selected records: `Start:start.importSvg`, `business-format:Start:import:.svg`.
The reported first failure is `No module named 'json'` while parsing the
dispatch envelope, before the desktop SVG importer runs. The Start runtime
target embedded only `encodings`. Its CMake definition now embeds the supplied
Python 3.12 standard library at `/freecad-python`, the existing import root,
and tracks those resources as link dependencies. This preserves Python JSON
parsing and the existing desktop `importSVG.insert` / FreeCAD document / OCCT
geometry path.
Build, artifact sync, and business acceptance are deferred to the outer
pipeline. No business record is marked passed by this edit. The first rectangle
input still needs verification, followed by changed dimensions, append to the
active document, malformed and missing files, and recovery in the existing
`tools/start-business-cases.mjs` cases.
Remaining boundary: availability of the desktop importSVG module, its Draft
dependencies, and native Part bindings has not been established by this
pre-import failure. Any next dependency failure must be resolved using those
supplied implementations. Browser UI, OPFS, and cross-runtime document sharing
are outside this batch's acceptance scope.
