# PartDesign selected command boundaries
Batch: `5f4f7f522c8097e17e060c12`. No business acceptance is claimed.
The mounted desktop adapter now dispatches command groups by `childCommand`,
defaulting to the first desktop child. CompSketches NewSketch uses the existing
document facade, Worker and native constrained-profile implementation. Invalid
children and active tasks are rejected before dispatch. MapSketch and EditSketch
remain unconnected and return an explicit unsupported error rather than creating
a new sketch. CompDatums preserves Plane, Line, Point, CoordinateSystem membership;
its native children remain unconnected.
Clone and CoordinateSystem no longer use unsupported generic setFeature aliases.
Remaining native work:
- Clone: Command.cpp:500 creates a new Body and PartDesign::FeatureBase, assigns
Group and Tip, AllowCompound preference, BaseFeature link and source Placement.
Implement this transaction in the existing document runtime and serialize its
real links, placement and OCCT shape. Check linked recompute and FCStd restore.
- CoordinateSystem: Command.cpp:290 delegates to UnifiedDatumCommand. Preserve
native attachment and editing semantics, including selection/support and task
acceptance, before exposing it through the document facade.
- CompDatums: Command.cpp:2641 defines the four native child commands. Connect
these datum workflows before claiming group coverage.
- CompSketches: Command.cpp:2676 defines NewSketch, MapSketch and EditSketch.
Existing NewSketch supports constrained Rectangle/Circle profiles only; mapping
and editing existing sketches still need their native workflows.
The outer pipeline owns build, synchronization and acceptance. No acceptance
contract or evidence was changed by this adapter correction.
