# Material persistence batch a76993b87501d5bb6e295d35

The supplied evidence reports createRecompute passed and saveReopen failed at the facade round-trip check. The native Web PropertyMaterial restore branch discarded saved names and substituted a fixed default. Web save now embeds UUID and name using Qt XML serialization; restore reads those fields. Desktop library lookup remains unchanged. The native dispatcher rejects unequal before/after object snapshots. The existing repeated-save case now includes XML-sensitive characters, a newline and Unicode; the acceptance dependency list includes PropertyMaterial.cpp.

Build, sync and acceptance are pending with the outer pipeline for FreeCADWebMaterialKernelProbe and the two selected Material business IDs. No business completion is asserted by these edits.

Remaining boundaries: older UUID-only files cannot recover a standalone name without a material library. This batch preserves the UUID and leaves the unavailable name empty. Embedded physical properties, models and library resolution are outside the selected UUID/name assignment contract and are not claimed as restored.
