参考所有分组，完成尽量多的内容：收紧 switchkins source-only API 守卫
结论：未扩展 smoke 功能行为，仅把 switchkins/remap source-map guard 的负向 API 检查从 TOOL_TABLE 扩展到 asset、metadata、tooldata 等 source-only 输入。
LinuxCNC 来源依据：configs/sim/**.ini 的 M428/M429/M430 REMAP、remap_subs/{428,429,430}remap.ngc 的 #<kinstype>、src/hal/utils/halcmd_commands.cc do_loadusr_cmd() 与 halcmd_completion.c 的 loadusr 选项模型。
检查通过：./check-linuxcnc-switchkins-remap-source-map.sh；./check-linuxcnc-switchkins-remap-table.sh linuxcnc-kinematics-source-files.txt；./check-linuxcnc-kinematics-source-map.sh；./test-native.sh；./test-linuxcnc-source-link.sh。
