M15-02B：parity map gap 分类审计

目标

机器化识别 inventory map 中的未映射、重复映射、只有 summary、只有 proxy 和只有 route 条目。 INVENTORY_BASELINE 明确分类为 summaryOnly，不当作 parity 完成。
