目标

Expose the existing hash-bound Library Main append workflow through the workbench.

• implementation smoke is reproducible; Chromium receipts, undo/redo, save/reopen and deterministic verification remain deferred
• node tools/web/check-task-context.mjs --task WBV2-P34-002 --write

• malformed and unsupported data remains blocked with a typed diagnostic
• implementation evidence never changes historical inventory or provenance
