Run the bounded production build smoke after scene context implementation.

• malformed, unsupported, hash-drift or false-completion input fails closed
• implementation smoke is reproducible; Chromium receipts, undo/redo, save/reopen and deterministic verification remain deferred
• node tools/web/check-task-context.mjs --task WBV2-P32-003 --write

• unavailable or blocked status data remains visibly blocked and cannot be treated as ready
• implementation evidence never changes historical inventory or provenance
