目标

提供 family-level、data-driven corrective runner，统一 Asset Catalog、Modifier 和 Mesh pilot 的 desktop/WASM dispatch 与 normalized receipt 汇总，避免每个 gap 重复实现协议，同时保留 atomic Main、负例和 revision contract。

输入

交付

• typed family runner and data-driven case table。
• cross-family desktop/WASM pilot、deterministic receipt、protected-hash、 typecheck、governance、manifest/status evidence。
• 不修改旧 M16 queue、manifest、registry、catalog、index 或历史 evidence。
