The Web runtime has a reproducible Blender/Emscripten CMake target, local worker loading and a stable C ABI gate. The canonical target links the local Blender BLO/DNA reader and is vendored into both source and public asset trees; the UI opens .blend ArrayBuffers and displays the resulting SceneIR.
