scope: Mesh PARTICLE_SYSTEM modifier stack exposure for mesh:WebGapParticleSystemMesh.

evidence:

  • Desktop fixture exposes WebGapParticleSystem as PARTICLE_SYSTEM type code 19; save/reopen is exact.
  • WASM/Main exposes PARTICLE_SYSTEM type code 19 and base metadata parameters on the mesh scene node.
  • Web legacy particle pointers remain metadata-only and physics manifest is safely empty for this fixture.
  • Malformed Blend input is rejected without mutating Main.
  • Generator, npm comparator, and direct comparator exited 0.
