目标

Generate a deterministic Blender 5.2 inventory and map each entry to a capability family, completion class, parity level, owner, and evidence state. This is an inventory change only; it must not claim feature parity or modify Blender runtime.

Do: stable IDs, architecture-layer clustering, explicit unknown classification, deterministic report and source hashes. Reuse the immutable M15 inventory and M16 coverage state as read-only inputs. Every generated entry must remain METADATA_ONLY/L0 until a capability workflow has desktop, WASM/Main, Chromium, negative, persistence and hash evidence. Do not edit legacy manifests, execute arbitrary Blender operators, or run Firefox/WebKit.
