Generated 6,900 unique tasks from the gap audit. The current plan has ten completed tasks, one active pointer (M16-GAP-00011) and 6,889 pending tasks. Per-wave counts are M16 2,667, M17 29, M18 451, M19 20, M20 89, M21 3,625, M22 19. npm --prefix web run test:blender-next-task-plan passed; plan SHA-256 is 7c4bf7e384da489d0989d6634576373d961b28f8f64f7dabc649daef198fb2a5.

为避免执行者加载 6.8 MiB 的 pretty JSON，已生成 tests/golden/M15-03A/task-index.json 和 task-catalog.jsonl。索引绑定上述 plan SHA-256，catalog 每行只保留任务身份字段；上下文工具按 offset 读取单条记录并由任务卡提供真实命令。索引校验：node tools/web/check-task-index.mjs。
