status: done task: BUILD modifier LOCAL_EXACT slice updated: 2026-08-20 America/New_York

scope: BUILD modifier identity, frame start/length, randomization flags/seed and visibility modes for mesh:WebGapBuildMesh.

evidence:

  • Desktop fixture exposes WebGapBuild with start 3, length 12 and stable seed; save/reopen is exact.
  • Fixed reader field decoding for BUILD randomize/seed and rebuilt the Chromium WASM engine; WASM/Main exposes matching fields from the same fixture.
  • Malformed Blend input is rejected without mutating Main.
  • npm --prefix web run test:generated-gap -- --task M16-GAP-00034 and node tools/web/check-generated-gap.mjs --task M16-GAP-00034 exited 0.
