WBV2-P13-003 status

• task: WBV2-P13-003; parent: WBV2-P13-002; status: done
• armature: 2 stable bones; skin weights and pose matrices preserved
• constraint edit: disabled at influence 0.4; revision +1
• save/reopen: EXACT; missing constraint identity rejected
• shape key observation: desktop source reports 2 (includes Basis), WASM reader exposes 1 non-Basis key; difference is explicit
• nextTask: WBV2-P13-004

Existing P3-003 Rig/Pose evidence is reused read-only. The new Chromium receipt binds a bounded constraint edit and stable armature/skin identity to the compiled WASM Main without claiming unsupported shape-key parity.
