## 目标

Run one hash-bound data-driven matrix for Mesh, Modifier, and Asset Catalog module cases instead of creating one production task per legacy operator.

Malformed or unsupported cases, new failures, unexpected blocked cases, catalog hash drift, or a positive case without Main mutation must keep in_progress and must not advance nextTask.
