The runtime receipt fixture binds the single and pthread variants to one
release, pinned source/build hashes, explicit memory/resource hashes, a
deterministic pthread-to-single fallback order, and one engine generation per
session. Desktop and WASM/Main read the same receipt and preserve it through
save/reopen.

- engine manifest validation, independent variant installation, deterministic
  selection, and cleanup/fallback tests exit: 0
