C5-002 adds a typed, data-driven family runner that validates unique case IDs,
supported families, registry identity, and revisions before dispatching through
the shared command registry. It returns normalized receipts and a stable
ASSET_CATALOG/MODIFIER/MESH summary without duplicating per-gap protocol logic.

The Node focused test and Chromium-only pilot cover six positive cases across
three families and both surfaces. Evidence is under
`tests/golden/corrective/C5-002/`; legacy queue mutation remains forbidden.

All focused, Chromium, deterministic, regression, typecheck, governance,
protected-hash, task-context, and diff gates exited 0. Handoff manifest:
