C4-003 runs a shared negative matrix over the completed Asset Catalog,
Modifier, and Mesh pilots. It covers malformed payloads, unsupported targets,
stale revisions, and missing external resources; every result is normalized to
a closed failure code and all three Main snapshots remain unchanged.

The Node matrix and Chromium-only pilot are deterministic and include the
focused family regressions. Evidence is under
`tests/golden/corrective/C4-003/`; legacy queue mutation remains forbidden.

All focused, Chromium, deterministic, regression, typecheck, governance,
protected-hash, and diff gates exited 0. Handoff manifest:
