C4-002 implements a typed `meshTranslateVertex` command for the `MESH` target.
It validates a bounded finite three-axis delta, resolves the vertex before
mutation, and uses the shared atomic Main transaction so malformed, stale,
wrong-target, unknown-vertex, and overflow cases preserve geometry and Main
state.

The focused Node test and Chromium-only pilot cover desktop/WASM geometry delta
parity, dirty state, negative rollback, undo/redo, save, and reopen. Evidence
is under `tests/golden/corrective/C4-002/`; legacy queue mutation remains
forbidden.

All focused, Chromium, deterministic, regression, typecheck, governance,
