## 目标

构建 desktop/WASM 共用的 case runner 和 result normalizer，使同一 fixture、
command、context、revision 和 negative case 在两个执行面产生可比较 receipt。

- 不修改旧 M16 queue、manifest、registry、catalog、index 或历史 evidence。
