Added bounded `BrushIR` fields to the native Main reader and optional SceneIR parser field. A real
Blender 5.2 Brush fixture reports `WebGapBrush` size 42, alpha 0.65, hardness 0.8, spacing 17 and
jitter 0.2. Full-Main WASM and desktop match exactly, including save/reopen.

Evidence: `npm --prefix web run test:generated-gap -- --task M16-GAP-00003` passed with
`brush=brush:WebGapBrush size=42 desktop=exact saveReopen=exact`.
