+C2-001 adds a typed corrective command registry shared by desktop and WASM
+dispatch. Registry definitions require a valid command name, at least one
+supported target kind, explicit mutating authorization, and an executor;
+duplicate or invalid definitions fail at registration. Dispatch delegates to
+the C1-003 runner, so envelope, revision, edit-mode, source-resource, target,
+and authorization checks all happen before an adapter can run.

+The focused registry test passed 5/5 assertions. The pilot receipt matched on
+desktop and WASM for the registered positive command. Unknown, wrong-target,
+wrong-authorization, malformed, and read-only cases all returned normalized
+non-mutating results with Main revision unchanged. Receipt determinism,
+protected legacy hash comparison, typecheck, context/corrective governance,
+task-context, and `git diff --check` all exited 0.
