wangdequan bade560372 Align AXIS control flow and fix pause and program rendering

Document source UI gates, explicit native live-plot clearing, and remaining parity boundaries. Fix pause/resume transport continuity, repeated stepping, coordinate previews, and spindle override state. Optimize large program snapshots and rendering, and cover the control flows with native Tcl, WASM, and browser checks.

Validation: 22 native tests and source/browser checks pass. Worker/App regression: 113 of 123 pass; 10 pre-existing failures remain documented with no new failures.

React Frontend

This is the route-aligned frontend entrypoint for FE-M1/FE-08:

React 19 + TypeScript 7 + Vite 8
Tailwind CSS 4
Radix UI Tabs, ToggleGroup and Tooltip
Three.js 0.185.1, consuming Worker snapshot pose/joints/toolpath
Dedicated Worker entry with the existing WASM SimSession
LinuxCNC configs/sim exact-path assets served by the Vite asset plugin

Run with the domestic npm registry when the local cache is empty:

React does not access OPFS or WASM directly. It sends versioned commands through ReactWorkerClient; the Worker owns the simulation state, workspace and OPFS boundary.
