Release Acceptance Remediation
coverage/release-acceptance-remediation.report.json is the K8-REL-09
acceptance-readiness audit. It evaluates every one of the 1,804 affected
manifest entries against the acceptance contract: owner, inputs, outputs,
test, ready oracle, matching context and implementation/difference evidence.
The result is deterministic: zero entries are eligible and all 1,804 remain
blocked. The 6,249 unassigned seeds remain a separate ownership dependency;
no row is promoted to accepted, and no derived or blocked oracle is treated
as an official golden. The report keeps candidate_eligible: false and
release_action: STOP_RELEASE.
Regenerate it with:
python3 scripts/generate_release_acceptance_remediation.py
The next remediation is K8-REL-10, which requires the locked official kinematics and recovery oracle inputs before any affected row can become eligible for acceptance.
