### MGR-17 single-DOF joint controls

`machine-joint-direction`, `machine-joint-sign`, `machine-joint-value`, `machine-joint-follow-live`, `machine-joint-live-state`, `machine-manager-export-json`: one CNC axis per moving node, one scalar input in mm/deg, parent-frame direction/sign, real WASM joint following and JSON export. `machine-tree-axis-role` now binds XYZABC directly; fixed nodes cannot move. Unrestricted translate/rotate gizmos and six-component inputs are retired. Runtime uses `linuxcnc.joint-model/1` with source order XYZAC/XYZBC and physical-zero subtraction.
