+# Release Acceptance Remediation
+
+`coverage/release-acceptance-remediation.report.json` is the K8-REL-09
+acceptance-readiness audit.  It evaluates every one of the 1,804 affected
+manifest entries against the acceptance contract: owner, inputs, outputs,
+test, ready oracle, matching context and implementation/difference evidence.
+
+The result is deterministic: zero entries are eligible and all 1,804 remain
+blocked.  The 6,249 unassigned seeds remain a separate ownership dependency;
+no row is promoted to `accepted`, and no derived or blocked oracle is treated
+as an official golden.  The report keeps `candidate_eligible: false` and
+`release_action: STOP_RELEASE`.

+The next remediation is K8-REL-10, which requires the locked official
+kinematics and recovery oracle inputs before any affected row can become
