本轮继续按“每批必须产出可调用 API、可验证 workflow、可执行 gate、或真实 UI/browser 能力”推进,
把 release readiness artifact validation 从基础 report 字段校验升级为 embedded gate evidence 校验。现在
旧 release JSON 如果缺少 gate manifest、gate result matrix 或 gate action plan会被同一个可执行 artifact
gate 阻断,外部 CI/SDK 不会误收过期工件。

- `createProjectReleaseReadinessArtifactValidation()` 现在校验 artifact 内嵌:
