Paprika can refer you to experienced immigration counsel upon request — this referral is not legal representation by Paprika.</p>

<h2>No outcome guarantees</h2>
|
|
<p>Paprika does not guarantee:</p>
|
|
<p>(a) approval of any visa petition, including O-1A, O-1B, EB-1A, or EB-2 NIW;<br>
|
|
(b) USCIS acceptance, weight, or evaluation of any evidence Paprika helps coordinate;<br>
|
|
(c) editorial outcomes beyond specific deliverables expressly described in a signed engagement letter;<br>
|
|
(d) timeline outcomes for press, judging, or authorship placements outside of what is committed in the engagement letter.</p>

<h2>Placement guarantee (limited)</h2>
|
|
<p>Where Paprika expressly offers a placement-delivery guarantee for a specific engagement, that guarantee is limited to refunding the unpublished placement fee. It does not extend to immigration outcomes, legal eligibility, or USCIS acceptance of the placement as evidence.</p>

<h2>Editorial integrity policy</h2>
|
|
<p>Paprika does not purchase editorial placements. Paprika does not represent contributor or sponsored content as editorial coverage. Paprika does not place ghost-authored articles in venues that solicit payment for bylines. These boundaries protect client cases — paid or sponsored coverage carries minimal evidentiary weight and may actively harm a petition.</p>
