When you submit the intake form, we collect: your name, email, LinkedIn URL, field, location, target visa or goal, timeline, existing evidence indicators, budget range, service interest, and any additional context you provide. Optionally, you may upload a CV or resume.
When you browse the site, we collect standard analytics (page views, referrers, device type) via privacy-respecting tools. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Your intake details are visible to Paprika team members involved in your engagement. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing.
For coordinated services, we may share necessary details with editors, panel organizers, or referred attorneys — only with your authorization, and only the specific details required to coordinate the service.
Profile materials, CVs, and engagement details are treated as confidential. We do not publish, share, or repurpose client materials without explicit written consent.
Active client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period after completion to support follow-up, references, and our own quality records. Prospect submissions that do not become engagements are retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.
You may request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request deletion at any time by emailing the contact listed on the Start Here page. We honor reasonable requests promptly.
We use a minimal set of cookies for site functionality and aggregate analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking or advertising cookies.
Paprika's services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
