Start 完整模块 Gate

结果：passed（FW-P6-STR-Y）。Start 的四个矩阵声明动作均有独立 C-G 子链和聚合证据：create/recompute、inspect/source-inventory、python-api、save/reopen。native module lifecycle、结构化错误/恢复、typed Facade/Worker 和 Google Chrome 回放均已核对。

模块状态由 pending 晋级为 completed。Start App 没有 native document object，pythonApiCount=0 是真实扩展边界；create/recompute、save/reopen、GUI start page 和 recent/example file model 在 GUI-free Web 中均显式不适用，未伪造 FCStd 或 GUI 能力。Microsoft.GSL 阻断已由官方 headers 和专用 probe 解除。
