BIM 首切片 Gate

import/export 首切片 A-G 通过。固定 IFC metadata 输入导出 JSON，Facade 错误/重复/取消、Chrome-only 边界和无保存动作适用性均有证据。inspect/source-inventory 与 python-api 仍 pending，因此 BIM 模块整体不晋级。
