Web CommandStd batch boundaries

Batch: 2172514e6f5be048c38d1bf1

The Web desktop adapter now sends Std_DevHandbook, Std_DlgCustomize, Std_DlgParameter, and Std_DlgPreferences through the selected native document owner, including document identity checks and native response checks. NativeDocumentView.h already allows these commands and WebViewCommands.h already registers their executable standard-command handlers.

Remaining boundaries, based on the supplied packet and inspected source only:

  • Std_OnlineHelp now dispatches through the native document bridge and returns the desktop command's Online_Help_Startpage navigation target to the mounted Web host. With a native GUI, it also executes the existing desktop command. The mounted host explicitly consumes the selected documentation and issue URL responses and labels their links by command.
  • Std_RecentFiles and Std_RecentMacros are routed by the adapter but absent from both the native document bridge allowlist and the inspected standard_names dispatch set. Their native behavior still needs implementation inspection and connection before registration.
  • Std_ReloadStyleSheet and Std_RestartInSafeMode are routed by the adapter but absent from the native document bridge allowlist. They appear in gui_standard_names; their actual execution branches and Web host requirements must be inspected before enabling the bridge.
  • The remaining selected commands have native bridge entries. The packet's static registration warnings alone do not establish missing executable behavior. Full workflow completeness is not established by this edit.

No builds, tests, browser validation, benchmarks, business acceptance, or historical reconciliation were performed. Incremental build, sync, and route receipts remain with the outer pipeline.
