The scheduler refused all eight supplied desktop source reads with
SCHEDULER_SOURCE_BUDGET_REACHED. It also skipped the targeted native handler
lookup. These are unavailable reads, not evidence that implementations are absent.

The retained BimRuntimeProbe.cpp:3470 dispatch condition already includes
Common, Compound, Convert and Copy. Their executable branches in
BIMDesktopCommands.h still require inspection; adding status markers alone
does not resolve the reported gaps. EmptyTrash, Examples, Extrude and Fuse
require source-guided native entry location and connection to this dispatch.
The inspected beginning of BIMDesktopCommands.h establishes the existing
document/selection scope (doc, resolved, _args, _command), transaction
handling and panel_ifc_result response convention. It does not establish the
selected commands' desktop semantics or their existing implementations.
Keep module integration in web/src/bim-desktop-adapter.ts and its existing
mounted workbench call sites. Inspect the selected response and persistence
contract before changing it. Geometry must use the existing native OCCT path;
document mutation must retain FreeCAD feature and transaction semantics.
No tests, builds, synchronization, route generation, browser validation, benchmarks or historical reconciliation were performed. Incremental build, sync and route receipts remain owned by the outer pipeline. This file preserves only this batch's boundaries and does not replace other batches' notes.
