Selected commands: insertReduct, insertSection, insertUbolt, laydown, levelBeam, mateEdges, pivotBeam, raiseup, reverseBeam, rotJoin, shiftBeam, spinSect, stretchBeam.
Added spinSect and stretchBeam to the existing native desktop dispatch and CommandsFrame provider path. All selected commands now return the full native document, changed-object names, and selection through the existing BIM adapter. The mounted workbench shell consumes this state and reconciles submitted selection using its existing bimDocumentState/reconcileBimDesktopPayload calls. The shared dispatcher and geometry implementation are unchanged.
Remaining boundaries: InitGui.py:450-488 registers these commands conditionally through CommandsPolar, CommandsFrame, and CommandsPipe. The supplied command anchors contain registrations, not provider task implementations. Provider loading, command registration, and an actual changed native document remain required. Commands that need task input still fail when activation produces no document change; no fixed geometry, task completion, or success marker has been added. Command-specific task parameter bindings and business acceptance remain pending for all 13 records. The packet supplies no acceptance contract or setup.
Build, artifact sync, and business acceptance belong to the outer pipeline. This note records implementation boundaries and is not acceptance evidence.
