Implemented the concrete BIM_Report behavior gap: the registered document script now calls Arch.makeReport(), as desktop BimReport.py does, instead of returning an inventory of document objects. Creation is transactional, recomputes the document, and returns the created object's actual name through panel_ifc_result. It uses the existing document route and its serialization path.
All eight selected names already have executable entries in BIMDesktopCommandRegistry.h. No discovery markers or duplicate registrations were added. Registration presence alone does not establish business completeness.
Remaining boundaries: EmptyTrash, Extrude, Fuse, IfcQuantities, Reorder, ResetCloneColors and Rewire still require source-level comparison of their existing scripts with desktop behavior. The four supplemental source windows were used for the command scripts, registry, desktop report implementation and document dispatch anchor. This batch is not claimed complete.
No tests, business acceptance, browser validation, benchmarks, historical reconciliation, builds or sync were run. Incremental build, sync and route receipts remain owned by the outer pipeline; runtime validation remains with users during use.
