Selected BIM batch boundaries

Edits connect Floor selection and FreeLinking filtering to Arch.makeFloor, with autogrouping and a native transaction. Shape2D View and Cut now call the existing Draft projection provider in the BIM document scope, consume selected faces, set InPlace to false, and apply Cutfaces for Cut. The Web adapter accepts an explicit projection direction or negates a supplied camera viewDirection.
Remaining work: the shell must supply its current camera direction when neither projection direction nor viewDirection is submitted. Profile, Rebar, and Reference still use the existing generic zero-argument maker branch; their desktop task inputs and source contracts need implementation. Frame and Level retain their existing native handlers and still need their command-specific registration receipt path connected. Registration for all eight commands remains unconfirmed; explicit Python result status is not evidence that the outer registration recognizer accepts a command.
The scheduler refused further named source reads with SCHEDULER_SOURCE_BUDGET_REACHED before the Profile, Rebar, Reference, Frame, and Level desktop sources or the surrounding C++ response branch could be read. No replacement behavior was inferred for those unread contracts.
No tests, business acceptance, browser validation, benchmarks, builds, synchronization, route receipts, or historical reconciliation were run. The outer pipeline owns incremental build and registration receipts; users validate behavior during use.
