Web batch input stability

The supplied first error is the acceptance runner's business-input fingerprint change rejection. It does not identify a failed browser behavior. The existing Web case entry starts Vite preview against the built artifact; that startup does not request a build or sync.
The runner now reports every changed selected capability with its before/after fingerprints, retaining the rejection of evidence from changing inputs. This is a diagnostic improvement, not a resolution of the underlying input mutation or business acceptance.
Remaining boundary: the outer pipeline must finish edits, build and sync before running these cases, and prevent changes to their inputs during execution. If the failure recurs, use changedInputs to identify the affected capabilities and trace the writer before retrying. No build, sync or business acceptance was run in this implementation turn. All ten selected Web behaviors remain subject to the existing acceptance contract and its documented scope limits.
