Selected CommandView batch boundaries

Edits connect native object visibility to the WebViewTask renderer. Hidden meshes are excluded from rendering and the renderer's bounds calculation. The native handler reads an object's current Visibility property when present, using stored view visibility only for objects without that property.
Remaining implementation work:
- Std_ShowSelection and Std_HideSelection still reject subelement visibility.
- Std_FreezeViews still writes a fixed ViewMode string; camera capture, restore, clear, and save/load operations remain unimplemented in the inspected branch.
- Std_MainFullscreen still writes a fixed ViewMode string and needs a connected window fullscreen transition.
- Std_TreeSingleDocument, Std_TreeSyncPlacement, and Std_TreeSyncSelection are allowed by NativeDocumentView but absent from the inspected Python command set.
- Std_ViewDock and Std_ViewDockUndockFullscreen have adapter routes but are absent from the inspected NativeDocumentView allowlist and Python command set.
- Std_ViewExample1, Std_ViewExample2, Std_ViewExample3, and Std_ViewFitSelection remain unresolved; no implementation or registration was added.
- Registration discovery for visibility commands remains unresolved. No exposed status or registration markers were added to satisfy discovery.
The four permitted supplemental source windows were consumed. These are source findings, not business acceptance. No tests, builds, browser validation, benchmarks, historical reconciliation, or receipts were run. The outer pipeline owns incremental build, sync, and route receipts.
