CommandDoc Batch Boundaries

Removed the unsafe Copy/Cut implementation in WebViewCommands.h: it stored only
selection names, and Cut then deleted the source objects without preserving data
for Paste. These calls now raise an error before mutating the document. This is a
data-loss fix, not completion of the clipboard workflow.
Desktop reference: freecad-source/src/Gui/CommandDoc.cpp:1189 delegates Cut to
the active view; line 1217 delegates Copy to the focused view, with native MIME
data from selection as its fallback. The Web implementation still needs a
connected view clipboard handler preserving native object data and a matching
paste path before Cut can remove source objects.
The reported Web Runtime link failure remains unresolved: pthread scheduling symbols and sem_timedwait are undefined. The supplied packet contains no build configuration or threading implementation anchor for repairing that dependency. Provide those anchors in the next packet; do not suppress undefined symbols or replace threading operations with successful stubs.
No selected command is newly registered or claimed complete by this change. The packet's remaining native registration and application integration gaps remain open for all 16 selected commands, including the clipboard host work. The existing Alignment branch only checks selection and still needs real alignment behavior; it must not be treated as completed alignment.
No build, synchronization, route receipt, test, browser validation, benchmark, business acceptance, or historical reconciliation was run. Incremental build, synchronization, and route receipts remain owned by the outer pipeline.
