Remaining Test command boundaries

The native Test_TestDoc and Test_TestDocText branch now copies the real runTextSuite("Document") report into desktopReport, including the requested command. Previously the branch returned without producing the desktop report. The unreachable duplicate document-text branch was removed.

Remaining work:

• Trace the four All/Base transport gaps through web/src/test-facade.ts and its route definitions. That file is not permitted by the current packet's source reader. The supplied worker delegates to dispatchTest; the supplied dispatcher selects testDesktopRoutes and validates the returned report.
• Supply desktop command implementation anchors for Test_TestCreateMenu, Test_TestDeleteMenu and Test_TestWork. The supplied InitGui.py excerpts only list commands; TestRuntimeProbe.cpp:381 contains an initialization-only success response and does not establish their desktop behavior.
• Complete document-command registration and transport after confirming the suite contract and mounted output path. No registration markers were added as a substitute for completion.

The four supplemental source windows are exhausted. No tests, builds, browser validation, benchmarks, acceptance or reconciliation were run. The outer pipeline owns build, sync and route receipts.
