TechDraw Dimension Batch Boundaries

Selected commands: TechDraw_Dimension, TechDraw_ExtentGroup,
TechDraw_HorizontalExtentDimension, TechDraw_VerticalExtentDimension.
The existing Web adapter routes these commands to the native family container.
This edit adds conversion of current-document object selections to the owning
view and projected EdgeN/VertexN selection names, rejecting mixed owners
and foreign documents before dispatch. Geometry remains owned by native FreeCAD.
Remaining: the packet reports rejected registration markers for all four commands.
Command-specific native dispatch and dimension/extent semantics still need to be
resolved against CommandCreateDims.cpp:1384, :1429, :1430, and :1854, and
TechDrawDesktopCommands.cpp:292 and :438. The scheduler refused those additional
source reads with SCHEDULER_SOURCE_BUDGET_REACHED; the presence of the native
command map alone does not establish complete implementation. No replacement
geometry, fixed dimension results, or success markers were added.
No tests, browser validation, acceptance, benchmarks, reconciliation, builds, or synchronization were run. Incremental build/sync/route receipts belong to the outer pipeline and do not establish business acceptance.
