TechDraw compile repair

The reported build errors in TechDrawDesktopCommands.cpp at lines 1351
and 1766 used QString::trim(). Both SVG emptiness checks now use
QString::trimmed(). Native BIM and Draft rendering, returned SVG content,
document transactions and error handling remain intact.
Build, artifact synchronization and acceptance belong to the outer pipeline
and were not run in this edit turn. The five selected records remain pending
validation: TechDraw:desktop:TechDraw_Image,
TechDraw:techdraw.createRecompute, TechDraw:techdraw.nativeImportExport,
TechDraw:techdraw.nativeSaveReopen, and
business-format:TechDraw:export:.dxf. This repair is not business acceptance.
The existing acceptance contract does not claim file import coverage.
